What is DP:- Due to social media, we want to use more and more words in the shortest possible time and that's why we want to write all the words as short as possible. We say Ok or K instead of Okay. So that we can save our valuable time and we want to write at least as much understanding as we can, that's why many other names are also shortened as we call PP to Profile Picture. Similarly, DP means Display Picture.

Today in this article we will tell you what is DP and its full form and also how do we use it and what does it mean.  By the way, DP is a Profile Picture to be applied on What's App or Facebook. We are going to tell you a lot about  DP because very few people know about DP.

If we create an account or ID on What's App or Facebook, then we must use DP. We put our picture on our Facebook or Whats App profile. We call it Profile Picture or DP.

How to change DP on What's App

Follow the steps to change DP on What's App:-

§  First of all, you have to open your Whats App to change your Profile Picture.

§  After that you have to click on the three dots.

§  Then you have to click on Setting.

§  After clicking, you have to write your name.  After writing your name, you have to click on the camera on your Profile Picture.

§  After that, you have to go to the Gallery and select your picture and all you have to do is click OK.

How to change DP on Facebook

Follow the steps to change DP on Facebook:-

•  First you have to open Facebook.

•  After that you will see a box on the left side.

•  Then click on the box.

•  Here you will get the option to update profile picture, click on it.

•  Click on upload photo by clicking.

§     After that, you have to select your photo and after that, you have to click on set.

§    After that, your photo profile will be set.
